Multi-award-winning cake artist, Zoe Hopkinson - Zoe's Fancy Cakes, will be joining us for our special Day of Demonstrations on Saturday 28 June, in Knaresborough. 
 
A hugely popular sugarcrafter, Zoe attracts around 1.5million followers on social media and 537k subscribers on YouTube.

Learn cake-carving, figure modelling, and cake decorating techniques in TWO demonstrations that combine to create a Magical Woodland Scene. Zoe will also be bringing her shop so you can stock up on all your essential items!
 
Enchanting 'Woodland Tree Scene' carved cake. Learn how to make a lifelike tree stump cake decorated with realistic bark effects and moss.
Woodland Fairy Cake Topper. Zoe will guide us through all the stages to create a delightful woodland fairy modelled figure that will be added to the tree stump cake to complete the magical woodland scene.
 
A selection of refreshments, including: tea, coffee, juice, cakes, and biscuits, are included in the ticket price.
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
