We're excited to reveal Karen Davies as the tutor of our Full-Day Workshop being held at Knaresborough on Saturday 18 October...
With over 30 years’ experience at the forefront of the UK sugarcraft industry, Karen is a highly respected cake designer, author, and qualified teacher who has a world-wide reputation for her distinctive style.​
In this workshop, you will learn how to work with Karen's range of moulds and decorate your own fabulously festive cake.
Students will be working on a dummy cake which will be provided for you.
You will have use of Karen's moulds during the workshop and will have the opportunity to purchase from the range if you wish.
Bring your preferred sugarpaste. Alternatively, Karen will have a supply of her own-brand sugarpaste if you wish to purchase on the day.
