Day of Demonstrations
We're excited to announce that the multi-award-winning cake artist, Zoe Hopkinson of Zoe's Fancy Cakes, will be with us to present TWO fantastic topics at our Day of Demonstrations on Saturday 28 June, in Knaresborough. When combined, the two demonstrations will create a magical woodland scene.

Enchanting 'Woodland Tree Scene' carved cake. Discover how to make a lifelike tree stump cake decorated with realistic bark effects and moss.

Woodland Fairy Cake Topper. Zoe will guide us through all the stages to create a delightful woodland fairy modelled figure that will be added to the tree stump cake to complete the magical woodland scene.

Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Cake refreshments are included in the ticket price - you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
Free on-site car parking.
Tickets: £40 per person. No concessions.
